Account Cancellation and Termination

Every traveller is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirements.
By making a payment towards your flight bookings, hotel bookings, e-tour packages, tour packages or any other service you choose from travelemirate.com, you give us consent to proceed further to process and deliver your required services.
Cancellation of Order will exact an installment passage exchange charge of USD 55 for each application.
If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by the company, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.
By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the trip provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the trip provider that may apply to your trip (including the fine print of the trip provider made available on our platform and the relevant house rules of the trip provider, including services rendered and/or products offered by the trip provider)
Hotel bookings are subject to availability and room prices may vary or change without prior notice
travelemirate.com reserves the right in an unforeseen event if the originally booked hotel is not available then we shall ensure to get you booked in the similar category based on availability.
You may receive refunds in cases where travelemirate.com is unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.
travelemirate.com reserves the right to cancel payments or orders before the commencement of the delivery, stating no reasons for the same.
You may cancel an order within 7 working days, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from travelemirate.com. However, with your express permission, travelemirate.com will start the delivery of an order immediately.
Therefore, the deemed services provided to you can not be reversed. You will lose the right to cancel your order. travelemirate.com shall expressly request your permission to do so at the time you submit your order.
In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified activity, at the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.
Cancellation of Order will exact an instalment passage exchange charge of USD 50 for each application.
If your request gets rejected by the tour packages issuing authority, travelemirate.com shall provide a refund of the entire amount paid by the candidate towards the fees.
If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by the company, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply. Once your request is approved by the tour packages issuing authority, travelemirate.com cannot provide a refund and you must comply with the policy.
request processed or approved at the immigration desk will not get cancelled.
However, the Company will not be responsible for any of the following events occurring with the tour packages issuing authority.
- Refusal to issue the tour packages, refusal to accept the request, issuance of an incorrect tour package, delay in processing the tour packages. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement tour packages or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.

Timelines

You may cancel an order within 7 working days, beginning from the time of email confirmation of your order from travelemirate.com. However, with your express permission, travelemirate.com will begin the delivery of an order immediately.
travelemirate.com offers the timeline to process the tour packages as anywhere between 24-72 working hours, as per your booking category we shall further ensure to get you to travel documents timely.
24-72 is the business working hours of the immigration and in most of the cases, we get the tour packages approved in offered timeline.
There could be a possibility of tour packages getting delayed because of additional documents required by the immigration after they process the request.

Cancellations may result because of factors beyond human control, such as natural calamities, accidents, governmental restrictions or any other event of force majeure. In such events, we may give a full or partial refund, decisive at our discretion.

In case if you do not reach the venue for the specified activity, at the scheduled time, your booking stands cancelled. And we reserve the right to deny any refund requests in such cases.

Availability and Pricing

The prices seen on the website are in US dollars. You will be charged for the services in USD only.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.

Acceptance

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB Maestro and PayPal payments on the website.

The rates published on the website are subject to change without prior notice. These can be because of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances out of human control (changes in government regulations, airfare fluctuations, changes in transportation rates)

Refund Policy

We to make any refund will be through the same mode of payment as it has been transacted earlier.
Refunds processed will bear payment gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per transaction. Cancellations made 7 calendar days before the tour date are eligible for a refund of 90% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made 96 hours before the tour date are eligible for a refund of 0% of the booking amount.

Should you have any discrepancies, kindly raise them within 7 days of the transaction after which we shall address no discrepancies.

Exclusions

The prices quoted on the website do not include tips, tour packages charges, travel insurance, food and beverages, accommodation, room service charges, and laundry.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

a) Except as may be set out in these Terms of use, this site, its content, and any use you choose to make of it, are provided and permitted without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and we disclaim all such representations and warranties so far as permitted by law. We do not warrant that information contained on or accessed through this site is adequate, complete, accurate or up-to-date, nor do we warrant that the site (or any part of it) will always be accessible, fully functional or free from errors and viruses. Accordingly, you agree that the only remedy available to you for breach of these Terms of use shall be for our breach of contract under these Terms of use. (b) Subject to paragraph (d) below, but otherwise so far as permitted by law, we exclude and are not liable for all loss, damage(s) and liability (whether or not caused by our negligence) for all wasted time, all loss/corruption of data, all loss of profits, opportunities, and goodwill, and all indirect, consequential and punitive loss or damage(s) arising from or in relation to use of this site and/or the information on it or any services provided through it, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise and even if it was reasonably foreseeable or we have been made aware of the possibility of such loss/damage(s)/liability.
